I've only seen the full-screen version, which makes a bad action movie even worse, but over-all I would say it's not worth getting.

Stay away from it.
A friend loaned it to me to watch. (He had accidentally bought it, thinking it was Iron Monkey)

I tried watching it, I really did.
I swear the camera person had Parkinson's or tremors or something while filming this. The image vibrates, jumps, shakes almost continually through the 30 minutes that I watched. I even skipped ahead to various points in the movie. The jumpiness in picture didn't really get any better.

As this was over a year ago, I am not sure who the distributor was, probably Tai Seng as I recall my friend made the purchase at BestBuy...

Bad, bad, bad in my opinion.
Cheers,
Gabe

p.s. As for bad sequels following great originals...
These would rank up there with The Highlander and Highlander 2

Just another vote - this is an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE film. Don't waste your money on it.

I got the Tai-Seng copy- which is in fullscreen - for $2.99. It was NOT worth it.
