I know there is a Region 2 UK release (which I have heard has a commentary track from the directors)
My question is, is this the only DVD release so far, and has there been any mention if and when a Region 1 US release will happen before the end of the year?

The UK, Netherlands/Belgium and French 2 discers are all the same and specifically developed for all countries as seen with the excellent 2 discer Rosetta/La Promesse from the brothers. La Promesse had a USA release but the image was very poor.
