Got a reply from that merchant. Looks like it was never released.

thanks Mark. right, Oz does not have it either. I wrote to Shock directly and never heard back from them. I thought it was released earlier, but that they pulled it. guess not. oh well. I think it's a MUCH better film than his second work, Flirting with Disaster which I thought was only intermittently funny. Spanking is far superior.
