Subtitles for newly released French DVD Adieu Ma Jolie (Murder My Sweet)
Hello. Does anybody know if the French subtitles on this French DVD are removable or non-removable?

Hi...I was interested in this great noir as well...and if you check out the Editions Montparnasse site below, you'll see the whole RKO collection and in many cases, their is an original version, original with subtitles and a french version. MURDER MY SWEET is listed as having an original version and one with subtitles...so the news is good!

...and what a list it is, too!!!
* JOSEPH LOSEY's first feature (The Boy With Green Hair)
* JOSEF VON STERNBERG (Macao)
* JOHN FORD (The Lost Patrol)
* JEAN RENOIR (This Land Is Mine)
...all featuring an original (non-subtitled) version, a French-subtitled version, and in some cases a French-dubbed version...
