don't worry pb...it usually takes a week or so to get to the states..
the things they messed up on were:
the things they messed up on were:
- I ordered multiple copies of one DVD [3, to be exact]. They shipped ONE.
- I ordered the Street Fighter II anime flick since their website listing said it had the Japanese language track..It didn't.

Koreandvds.com is a pretty good R2/R3 store and as a registered user you get up to 10% of your order credited toward your next purchase on top of thier discounted prices. Unless you buy in bulk(3+) the shipping charge can be a problem though.

I find you can't go much wrong with Amazon.co.uk or CD Wow.
CD Wow have fantastic customer service and often cheap prices compared to others as well as offering titles from R3 & R4..my only criticism is that quite often they don't stock the title you may be looking for as i find their catalogue to be slightly limited which is why i would use Amazon most of the time.
In fact i would actually use Play.com before Amazon for my R2 but unfortunately they don't ship R2 titles outside of the UK so not going to be of much help for the majority of you.

I have never had a problem with Benson's...always been reliable and accountable....I've been using them for about 3 years...and have probably had a 100 orders over the pond...

The UK isn't the only R2 country, guys. There are numerous DVDs from France, Germany, Italy, etc that are superior (and usually less expensive) than their UK counterparts.
Personally, I always look to the UK as a last resort because of the horrible exchange rate against the quid.

however,i would advise some research into the relevant desired titles before purchasing from other european suppliers as lack of subtitles and indeed forced subtitles quite often prevent them from being viable options.

If you're not averse to receiving email newsletters, this French retailer sometimes has good sale prices on DVDs (and CDs for that matter):
