R2 & R4 BTTF Replacement Info
I think this was posted in here before, but it has been lost.
If you ordered from CDWOW or any other UK sight (R2). All you need to do is a send them a letter, no discs, explaing what you have and include you name address and phone number & email address.

While unnoticeable to general audiences, Universal is aware of a minor technical framing issue on the widescreen DVD versions of "Back to the Future 2 & 3".
The framing appears differently from the original version for approximately 2 minutes on "Back to the Future II" and for 4 minutes on "Back to the Future III".
Universal is pleased to offer an exchange option to customers whose DVDs are affected in this way. This exchange option is available from the end of April 2003.
Please send your "Back To the Future" discs 2 & 3 (without the case) to the address below and we will replace the two discs for newly-pressed DVDs with updated framing. Please enclose a letter stating your Name, Full Mailing Address, Daytime Phone Number and your reason for return. Please allow 4 weeks from April 30 for your replacement discs to be despatched.

I bought the R4 discs last summer from ezydvd.com. I'm now wanting to trade them in and someone told me that Aust. will not send replacements to the United States. Is this true? thanks

I don't know but....I have an extra set for 2 & 3 if you are interested. I was sent one originally and then they sent me another which I have no use for.

Yes, I have the replacements for your defective 2 & 3. I accidentally received two of each. My region is the Region 2/4 DTS.
