There are no mono mixes in this set... all three movies have D2.0, DTS and DD5.1 audio. No mono.
We have just had the box set sent to us and have had a little look. The transfers look amazing from what we've seen.
Check out the menu shots here.

A 2.0 track can still be "mono" by having the same signal sent to both channels. Most DVD mono tracks are encoded in this fashion. Further, AB UK has listed 2.0 mono tracks incorrectly as "2.0 stereo" in the past. For example their Paris, Texas disc lists "Dolby Stereo" on the menu, but it's actually a mono track. In order to figure out if AB UK has done the same again, someone would need to engage DPL on their receiver to see if the sound collapses to the center channel (and, if it does, it's mono). I'm still hopeful that they're just continuing their clueless ways of making menus and have given us mono tracks...
If you get a chance, please pop the discs in with the Dolby Stereo tracks and DPL engaged on your receiver and see if the sound collapses to the center channel or spreads out to all of the channels.

just checked... the sound does indeed collapse to the centre channel. No need to threat, Anchor Bay UK have made a mistake and have labelled the menus as DD2.0 when in fact they are Mono.

My copy arrived in the mail on Wednesday and the CUL-DE-SAC & REPULSION transfers are both gorgeous (Haven't had time to see the two other discs yet). the twenty minute docs on CUL-DE-SAC & REPULSION are well-made!
