They have it, but you have to email them and specify what you want. Email before ordering and they'll tell you how. Actually - it looks like it's pretty expensive now - you might as well pick up the Korean 2 disc version for about the same price if not cheaper - try yesasia.com or dvdasian.com

The Tartan NTSC 5.1 and the Korean 2-disc release are the only two so far that will work on any American TV/DVD combo. There are other options if you have an Xbox and even more options if you have a malata.

It's the original director's cut, the se edition has added material, but as far as I know, Tartan version though shorter, is also a "director's cut."
