Stuart Gordon's "From Beyond"
saw that this just got released in Germany.
From Beyond
While I'll wait for the rumoured Region1 release, I was quite surprised to see that this (quite frankly ugly) DVD cover features a modified original teaser poster, which I haven't seen in years. CINEFANTASTIQUE ran a story on Gordon's films and had a great collage of movie posters one of which was the one for "From Beyond". Specifically the poster I am referring to is just the center image of the screaming face with the skulls in the eyes and mouth in gray/slight green shading with fists clenched to it's head. The image is striking and downright incredible and I hope the R1 release if ever released, features this great 'unseen' poster.
