Maybe further thought is required in order to establish a form of words that exactly describes what the thread is all about. Then, if/when anyone blunders in and takes it off-topic by arguing definitions, there is no excuse and the posts can be reported/deleted in the normal way.

Yeah, I know about the link.. just haven't updated it. When it comes back, There will be correct wording. There were some things I was not aware of when I took over the list, but that is all taken care of now.
