Canadian VIDOCQ differences?

I noticed on Amazon.ca they list 2 different versions of Seville's VIDOCQ release. One says the language is in French (which is about $3 cheaper) and the other say's English. I'm assuming this is just the COVER/PACKAGING??? If that's the case I don't really care what language it's in, just as long as the DVD has subs...

It's the same edition with two different packaging. This version has only french tracks (DD5.1 and DD2.0) with the possibility to have english subtitle.

The French "French" version has DTS, it is a double dvdset....and it does have English subs!! Much better than what is offered.
