Do you by any chance know what is the Shipping and handling to North America....how long does it take for an item to arrive?

SH for US/canada is 15 Euros for 1 item. 20 Euros for 2 or more items (regardless of the number of items). Allow 6-8 days for delivery, more if customs notice it.

So for Cinestore, the more items you order the better off you are.

Standard shipping from Amazon France to the US costs €9 per shipment plus €1.90 per item... so you could basically get 3 items shipped for less than it would cost for one to be shipped from Cinestore.
