I ordered Brotherhood of The Wolf and Vidocq over a month ago from Directvideo in Canada, and they have not shipped Vidocq since BOTW is not yet released. I contacted them via e-mail a couple of days ago to remove Vidocq from my order, as I have an opportunity to acquire it in a trade. I still have not received a response from them. They do not have an on-line order management tool. This is a little frustrating. Does anyone have any experience with them? I am not sure I will order there again.

i ordered earlier this year from them and the site offers little in the way of frills. My order always came up processing when I went to check. Then bang, it's in my mailbox.

Dreadful website. It's best to call before ordering to make sure the title(s) you want is in stock. Their in-stock preparedness is not very impressive. Otherwise, they're reliable and aboveboard.

I ordered BOTW from them on two weeks ago and it shows that it shipped as of he 25th. First time using them..seem reliable and are quick to respond to email. I fired a blurb to them on last weekend and they responded right away.

they do have really unique on-line product managing tools (flexicard!) which allows you to reserve a movie and ship whenever you want (of course it must be in-stock )

well, i just placed an order thru them... hope everything goes ok. website does suck and their pay w/ credit card is another popup window...

got Brotherhood of the Wolves and sopranos seasons 2 & 3 (yeah, i just started watching the sopranos... i'm slow)
