Experiences w krdvd.com and finding Korean DVDs of US films
Hello everyone,
I'm looking for places that sell Korean Region 0 DVDs of Hollywood movies. I guess for a number of reasons but primarily because of the Korean subtitles that are available on these Korean DVDs.
I found Mulholland Drive Region 0 which they are selling @ krdvd.com. What are people's experiences with this place?
Any feedback would help as I'm a novice with DVD's outside of R1.
Thanks
Andy

I just placed an order at www.koreandvds.com so I can't comment on their service yet. Have you checked them out?

I placed 1 order with www.krdvd.com (before they had the "real" shopping cart system setup, like I think they do now). I was very pleased, it shipped quickly and the price was right.

I ordered Chingu Ultimate and Take Care of My Cat just recently from KRDVD. One thing I didn't like about KRDVD was that I could not access my order status even when given a link to follow on the order confirmation. I didn't know that Chingu was on backorder and resorted to filing a complaint via Paypal when I didn't get a response to my email. If I was able to check order status on-line, I would not have filed a complaint.
But I got a response shortly thereafter and my order shipped pretty quickly from that point on. The price was good and the DVD's were well packaged.

KoreanDVDs.com have apparently been stiffing people as they charge straight away and then don't deliver for months. Very much like DVDimport.
I have had one successful order direct from a korean etailer but you have to navigate the korean only website.

I have recently ordered something from koreandvds.com and I have to say that they got me the dvd's within 1 and a half week.
So I don't have the negative experience that cirrus888 has with these people.
Greetz,

Has anyone had much luck emailing krdvd.com with questions regardings orders? I placed an order on the website, and I'm supposed to pay with paypal. I have a few questions though so I sent a few email, but after a week I still haven't received a response. This makes me wary of sending payment. Has anyone else had any experiences with krdvd's customer service?
