Looking for a web based Korean Retailer to purchase the 2 Disc Region 0 Mulholland Drive. Any help would be much appreciated.

Just email them. Their checkout is disabled and you have to pay via PayPal.

MrKwang is a retailer based in South Korea, whereas I believe krdvd.com is located in Canada if it makes a difference.
(Note: You can send an email to mrkwang if you click on his name next his rating in the upper-left area of the page) -You will have to sign in...
http://www.yeondvd.com/ is another store based in Seoul... they have a limited selection, but I think worth an email asking if they can get that title for you...(there's an email link at the site)
Of the 3 sites mentioned in this thread so far, I don't think I have heard anything negative about any of them... only positive comments. I haven't ordered from these particular stores yet, but I have no reservations about any of them.
Hope you're able to score your movie.
Cheers,
Gabe
