Tibor, it's a region 2 disc and will not play in most US (region 1) players. You'd have to have a multi-region or modified player to view it. I think most on this forum agree the <a href="http://www.avdeals.com/malatan996.htm" target="_blank">Malata N996</a> is the best available.

And <a href="http://finance.yahoo.com/m3" target="_blank">here's</a> a great currency converter.

However, if you're not looking to buy a whole new DVD player just for this movie. It's available in Canada, which is also region 1 so it would be playable on US players. Unfortunately, it's not the director's cut.

Sweet! Thanks I'll pick that up instead. I have Casque d'or from them and that is a great quality disc.

I didn't see DAY OF THE TRIFFIDS (1963) on the list. That's available in both the U.K. and Germany.

Also, a correction to the entry for "The Tripods" (UK, R2). The listing says Series 1-2, but only Series 1 is available. Series 2 was announced for July 2001, but then cancelled for legal reasons... it has not been released and has no current release date.

There is a DVD of his 1994 picture CARO DIARIO (My Diary) - widescreen, anamorphic, 5.1 sound - some sites list it with an INGLESE Audio - does it really have one????
