I was just browsing Blackstar.co.uk and was pleasantly surprised to see Blue, White & Red slated for a Region 2 (UK, PAL) release on Oct. 29 from Artificial Eye. This is good news since it's not certain whether the French editions will have English subs, nor is it certain when Miramax will get around to putting these out in R1 (or if they'll even do the films justice).

Coupled with the pending French special edition of In the Mood for Love, this should give you procrastinators without a multi-region player motivation to make your move now.

Thats wonderful news. I'd heard that the r2 release was pending, but the fact that they are now available for pre-order makes them seem that little bit closer to being released..
