I think I've seen this..twice.
If it is what I watched before, it had some great Bruce Lee footage (all that special footage from the anniversary edition of Enter the Dragon) and I think it should Lily doing an totally awesome chainwhip scene for the cameras. (From concealment to .. rip you to shreds in a few seconds).
Highly recommended. This would be nice to have on DVD.

Yeah, I saw this too and it was pretty good. Didnt tell me much I didnt know, but was well put together. Also, Discovery (?) had a good program called Inside the Martial Arts with Donnie Yen interviewed on it, and Animal Planet had a good doc on Animal Styles of kung fu narrated by Jason Scott Lee that was pretty good (they even showed clips from Yuen Woo Ping's Dance of the Drunken Mantis).

I taped it last night and haven't watched fully it yet
I did catch a few minutes and it seemed like it was a review of all the martial arts styles.
Seems pretty interesting.
Thanks for the post about it... I don't think I would've knew about it otherwise.
