I just recently ordered 7 DVDs (of Japanese movies) from the Hong Kong-based HiViZone:

Note: Hong Kong, while officially 'Region 3' sells mostly 'Region 0' DVDs. The Japanese titles I ordered are coded R3, however - they feature optional Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English subtitles.
HiViZone also have DVDs of Korean movies, and - of course - Hong Kong movies as well. Prices are very low, service (air parcel to Switzerland) is quick.

I've been to Hivizone, but I think they're a bit expensive.
Looking forward to check out the other sites!
The reason I want to buy Reg3 dvds is because of the chinese subtitles... (My father loves movies, but he doesn't understand English that well, so he's missing out on the really good ones...)
