Has anyone started receiving anything they've redeemed for yet? I redeemed points for a movie about a day or two before the announcement, and then 2 more since then. None of the 3 have shipped. I know they are taking longer than expected, just was curious if anyone has gotten a shipping notice yet.

Down to under 100 points now. I'm planning on waiting until the end to see what other digital offerings there are. I was not impressed when they changed the free coloring pages to 5 points earlier this year. It's a small number, but seriously?

They added a bland looking teaser for it today, but it's 1200 points. Apart from that limited edition 40th anniversary poster for The Empire Strikes Back, I believe this is the highest point value for an unsigned one-sheet in DMR/DMI history. Nice way to stick it to fans in the eleventh hour, Disney.

Looks like my final 1300 points will be wasted. The remaining stuff that has that point value I either already have or don't need/want.

I redeemed for one BD a couple of weeks ago and got a shipping notice e-mail today.

Have yet to even receive a shipping email. Have 7 different redemptions with 4 of them being 3 items each. Did it all on 9/7.

I definitely would have grabbed the Jim Shore piece if I had the points.

Oddly, the last redemption I placed last week shipped just now, but the 2 I made at the end of August are still processing.

While I recognize they are receiving many redemptions, it seems some of the older orders would be shipping by now.

Right? Especially since one I placed last week has shipped. I've been debating sending in an email but wondered if I'd even hear from them.

Crap. I have at least 100 unopened Disney films. Guess I need to dig them out and open them all soon?

I think the last day to enter codes for points was Sept 6th.

There is basically nothing left that's worthwhile at this point.

They still have a phone number and live chat option you can use.

I've converted some of my points to $50 gift cards, so free money is worthwhile to me. I'm debating whether and when to liquidate the rest of my points for gift cards or hold out for more rewards.

I saw the live chat option yesterday but not the phone number. I'll see if I get home early enough from work today and send them one, if not, it'll be tomorrow.

idk if splitting/redeeming on iTunes is still a thing or not. But any that are 4k now, will port 4k if you redeem on iTunes, and if ever upgraded on iTunes, you'll get 4k on iTunes only.

So, I did end up calling Disney Movie Insiders. The chat function through the website was not working today. Don't know if that is just for me or if they just stopped it. I did find the number by googling it and there was not really a wait for help. Less than a minute.

The customer service rep told me that there was a ton of redemptions when it was announced and those rewards are being handled separately from the newer ones, which means that newer redemptions will likely ship before the older ones. The older ones are still being worked on (the 2 I asked about had had movies attached to them, but just hadn't been shipped out yet). She wasn't quite sure why or how that was happening though.

Just thought I'd share here if anyone else was wondering.

I ordered 2 titles the day the closing was announced. One shipped and has arrived - the other is still pending.

I've been *very* disappointed with their offerings, especially physical media, all along and the closure just made it worse. I have just over 3000 points left and there's not a single thing I want to bother ordering. I don't do posters, pops, trinkets, or gift cards (they're only good at overpriced Disney stores who sell nothing I'd ever purchase) so they'll likely go unused unless I just order random titles for gifts.

I *did* manage to squeak in the points for the last 20 or so titles I'd not redeemed. The 5 per day limit was really 6-10 depending on just which titles you redeemed. In the end, I'm not sure it was worth the effort.

Here's a question that someone might be able to answer: Is there a particular time of day when new rewards are added or updates are made as far as items coming back in stock? When items were listed last week, I checked later in the day and they were already gone. Granted, lots of folks are trying to redeem points. I just wondered if there was a strategy to increase the odds of seeing something worthwhile. It's not anything I've ever considered before.
