If you're still needing to use this Groupon deal, I managed to get Bourne Legacy on Blu-ray for $10.63.
It happens to be on sale this week for $19.99, so you'll need to grab a small item to get your subtotal over $20. I grabbed a 59-cent sucker and ended up paying 63 cents to get out the door. So my Blu-ray with sucker cost $10.63. I guess the cashier didn't ring it up properly and it looks like I didn't pay tax on the Blu-ray.

^ It rang up properly. The Groupon code is discounted off of the pre-tax price. So your tax would have been on the remaining 58 cents. Thx for the tip on Bourne Legacy. I wasn't aware of that...
