what's the "rules and restrictions"? the company's website doesn't mention anything about the free food at all.

I've never tried it, besides the catering. The U.S. government is cheap. Maybe I'll try this out. Thanks guys.

i talked to someone who went. line was all the way to the street, but they said line moved fast, prob 15 minutes to get to front of line, and another 2-3 minutes for food.
