I called them and they got it straightened out. She just refunded me 1000 points. It kinda sucks because I also just ordered Christmas Carol 3D on Sunday for 2500 points and the damn thing hasn't even shipped yet

I'm also down to exactly 666 points, which is also frightening in its own way.

The refund may only work for those that redeemed after the code went live yet didn't apply the code.

The cast member asked me at the beginning of the call what they can do to make my day "magical". I mentioned I ordered Beauty and the Beast Enchanted Christmas. They said they would be more than willing to adjust the points. They asked me for my email, name, etc.

Then was told they could not refund the points since I redeemed the points prior to the beginning of the promotion. After which they wished me a "magical" remainder of the day.

Not much magic there. "Magic" would have been refunding the extra points wasted for ordering just prior to the discount.

The blu-ray.com folks make it sound like it's tied to how long you've been a member. I got 40 points. Apparently I've been doing this for 12 years.

I did not receive this email, I just went into My DMR > My Account > Your Profile and apparently none of my email preferences were on. I wonder if that's why, so I just checked 'Yes! I would like to receive updates, special offers, and other information from Disney Movies Rewards.'
