They have a section to find out your username... then after that find out your password... the only issue you may have is if the account is assigned to an email address that you cannot use...

After watching the 100 points hdtv stuff, I found by clicking "member benefits>earn bonus points", you can also take a survey, if available for you, for another 100 points.

How long does it usually take for the items you redeemed to come in?
I finally broke down, joined Disney Rewards and cashed in a ton of rewards that I've been holding on to.

When I got Ducktales and Donald in Mathmagic land, it got there 5 or 6 days after ordering and 2 of those days were a weekend.

Last year, shortly after I was released from the hospital, they were running a thing where you could donate 75 points and in turn, Disney would donate a DVD to a hospital for kid patients to have available. I don't remember now what the limit on how many you could donate was, but I know that I donated every point I could to that cause.
I was thisclose to ordering the Aristocats collar for our cat, but by the time I had built up enough points again, it was no longer offered.
