Re: Best Tax Program to use?
Another TaxAct user... for about 5 years now. I pay the nominal upgrade fee so that it automatically imports all the information from the prior year's return. Saves me quite a bit of time as I have several Schedule C business entities and it automatically imports all that information, as well as the W2 information, mortgage companies, investment companies, etc.

So any hot deals that can be posted not just alluded to since this is the hot deals section of the forum?

So what is everyone using this year? I have another dual state return to do this year and freetaxusa still does not do those so looking for something new.

That's kind of funny SterlingBen ... I just ran through the old posts in here and I was considering trying freetaxusa.com this year! I had been using TaxAct for quite awhile and I wasn't real happy with it last year. It might have been me (not the software) ... my taxes became a little more complicated and I was confused on a few issues that the software didn't help clarify.
I may give yours a try ... or see if I get some free software in the mail (H&R Block sends me a CD every year - for a few years it was free, then (for a few years) they sent one but you had to pay to use it, then they sent a free one again last year).
