Amazon Customer Vote is back..TIME TO VOTE IS NOW!

http://promotions.amazon.com/gp/cv/

As of 6:51AM PST
Round 1: Go Blu: 22% 29% 51% - Family Bundle Winner
Round 2: Go Play: 52% 21% 28% - Night Vision Winner
Round 3: Go High Def: 60% 9% 32% - TV Winner
Round 4: Go Mobile: 10% 78% 14% - Asus EEEpc Winner
Round 5: Go Your Way: 27% 66% 8% - TomTom Go Winner
Round 6: Go Crazy:12% 7% 82% - KitchenAide Winner

How This Works
Welcome to Amazon Customers Vote 2008, your chance to compete for our most ridiculous deals of the season. The products that get the most votes in each of six rounds will be offered at ridiculous deal prices, and the runners-up will also be offered at slightly smaller discounts. (But they'll still be sweet deals.)

* Step 1: Vote.
Browse our six rounds of great products, and vote for the ones you'd like to buy at an amazing discount.
* Step 2: Check E-mail.
Check your e-mail the day before each buying round to see if you've been randomly selected to participate in the race to buy.
* Step 3: Go!
If selected, make sure you come back and log-in early on race day. We will have many more participants than deals, so the race is on. Good luck!

Keep in mind:

* You may vote in all six rounds on the same day if you like.
* The day before each buying round, you will be notified by e-mail if you've been selected to participate in the race to buy. You may also return to this page to find out whether you were selected.
* Customers Vote is a race. If you're randomly selected to participate in the race to buy, you still need to check what time the buying starts for each deal that round and log-in early, as we expect to have many more people participating than we have deals available.
* If selected, you may choose to purchase any or all of the items for that round, not just the product you voted for, as long as supplies are available.

Thanks! Great deal on the PS3. But I wish the family bundle wasn't winning... Sci fi all the way, baby!

It makes sense to meFamily Bundle has LittleBigPlanet. Sci-Fi bundle has that Star Wars game you can get for any other system.

They're doing this a lot different than last year.

Are you only eligible to be randomly picked to buy an item if the item you voted for wins? Or are you eligible to be randomly picked to buy regardless of which item you voted for?

From the FAQ

Another difference is that customers selected to participate in the buying round will be able to buy any (or all) of the deals, not just the one they voted for. See the Product Pricing and Availability section for the full list.

So either Im not going to be selected or I will be selected and still miss out because the site crashes and by the time it refreshes the deal is sold out.

Lame.

Voted. I'd be willing to upgrade my PS3 + Little Big Planet + the Pirates Trilogy for $200, that's for sure.

NICE Groucho! That's an awesome deal. I wasn't chosen for round 1 or 2. Though we got 3 more, so there's time.

I got chosen for round 1, but I wasn't interested in the PS3. I really only want to get in on the laptop deal.

Well I missed out on the laptop deal, which was really the only one I was interested in (well, maybe the mixer).

I didn't buy the PS3

This has got to be a joke post.

You took the time to log into amazon and vote for that package.

The deal was incredible, great at even double the price.

You're on a forum that is all about people helping people, where tons of us would have bought it from you, giving you a sizable profit if you wanted it.

And you not only decline the deal, but brag about declining it and not helping any of us?

You're joking.

I wouldn't say bragging, just a statement of fact. The "family" deal won, maybe if the sci-fi one had won I would have considered it, but I didn't feel like dropping $200 and then MAYBE selling it to someone on a board at a small profit. The time to ship something like that, etc, wouldn't be worth it (and to be honest I didn't even think about reselling it, it wasn't something I wanted, why would I buy it?)

You're a little high strung there cap'n.
