A company with 97 percent feedback import cd has been selling the awsome reissue of traveling wilburys deluxe version for 5.20 plus shipping on amazon marketplace. Amazon sells it for 33 dollars. If its a misprice its been this price since yesterday and they added more inventory.

This deal apparently was for real. Just got my copy today and it's a brand new copy. This has to be some sort of pricing error. These sets don't retail this low ever. Thanks to the original poster.

I have this already, but what you do mean by second printing? Do you just mean its been remastered (1988 being the first mastering), or is there some second version of the set that came out last year?

Last June Rhino pressed the deluxe version and it sold out on the first day of release and sold for big money on ebay. It had an off gray cover. The deluxe version has extras like photos.
Rhino created a second printing with a blue cover to meet demand. Claimed it would be another limited edition offering. But who trusts them after the printed a second printing.

I got my copy yesterday and it was perfect. Now I have a gray first printing and a blue second printing.

Thanks again for the heads-up on this, got mine today. Really was the $45 boxed set version with the extra stuff, somehow I was expecting just the normal version at that price. I'm pleasantly surprised.

The store seems to have a number of other good deals. The only downside is they don't have a proper storefront on Amazon, you have to search by artist or title, and can't filter out the vinyl. I spotted a good price on the latest Live Phish releases.

I just picked up the Jeff Beck: Blow By Blow / Wired / Guitar Shop boxed set from them for under $17, and cheap shipping since it counted as 1 item though it's 3 normal cases in a slipcase.

Seems this place is having a bit of a price war with another certain dealer on Amazon. They're always a penny or two below each other.

I'm glad to see so many people are using importcds.com. I just heard about them for the first time not too long ago myself but I forget if it was from here or somewhere else. anyway, I just received a cd from them yesterday


I used them through amazon and everything was great. The cd came wrapped in plastic and the packaging was fine. I think shipping time was maybe like 3 or 4 business days. I'm right up in Northern California not too far from their Irvine location so shipping shouldn't take that long anyway.

There are a couple of negative things I've heard about them. Rather than try to explain, I'll just post the links.

I was fully satisfied with my order though and I will do business with them again via amazon!
