For blade refills, people should check eBay. Though I've got about 5-6 free Quattros now, I've been able to get refills for under a buck apiece fairly regularly.

Got mine Monday. Fourth or fifth for me - depending on whether one counts the red "Fem" Quattro I got and gave to my wife.
