I want this set, but cannot spend the $150 on it. $75ish was looking very nice.

Also, it's not really complete and some of the cartoons are edited.

The original goes:
CALVIN: Watch out, Mom. I'm in a bad mood.
MOM: Be in a bad mood somewhere else, OK? I'm busy.
CALVIN: Hmph! I'll bet my BIOLOGICAL MOTHER would've bought me a comic book and made me feel better instead of shunning me like you.
MOM: Kid, anyone but your BIOLOGICAL MOTHER would've left you to the wolves long ago.
CALVIN: Yeah right. REALLY, HOW MUCH DID YOU PAY FOR ME?
Watterson CHANGED IT IN HIS OWN FREE WILL to read; [sic]

CALVIN: Yeah right. LET'S SEE YOUR TRAINING CERTIFICATE.
....He...should be able to edit ONE comic in his opus if he felt the need....

damnit. It was $67.50 30 minutes ago. I had it in my cart at work and decided to mull it over on the drive home. I guess with it up to $90(in a matter of 15 minutes) there's not much to decide anymore.
Damn. Missed out on this and Lost: S3 on BD today. What will I narrowly miss next?

I definitely remember the wash machine strip. When I was a kid I used to cut the strips out and keep them in a notebook. I wish I still had those.

i'm not really bothered by the little discrepancies... being a perfectionist is very stressful
anyhow, even at $90, it's a good buy, i love my set with just one little complaint... The book is too freaking heavy!

I get C&H emailed to me every day and they had that link in yesterday's. I sent it to my wife and I hope she took advantage of it... I didn't realize that the sale was only good until noon PST though. Sometimes her email at work blocks if there are links... can't exactly ask her about it though, because then I would know if I got the present before xmas!
