Now that I've received mine, I finally know what this "Space Bag" is. It's a large 24 in. x 36 in. (+/-) heavyweight ziplock bag that has a port through which you can vacuum out the air, shrinking the volume of garments stored within; saving space. Vacuum not included.

You'd figure if they're going to give these things away they'd at least throw in a vacuum.
