TV Series on Sales Circular
I don't know of anyone still uses salescircular.com or not, but they do a decent job of listing deals out of the paper each week on certain topics. They do DVD Movie, but not DVD TV Series.
If you use the site would like to see TV Series also, please let them know. I just sent my request. It's down at the bottom of their page under "Suggest new Product".
Hopefully, this was the right forum to post this in. I did a search and had seen it referenced in this area before.
