ok, so I got one of my cards but the other under my friends name got deleted by accident. He thought it was spam and deleted without even opening it. Is there anyway for him to email someone to get it back or is he screwed?

I called Coinstar and they e-mailed mine to a different address. I would think it would work for your friend.

Damn. What's your secret? I had called coinstar and told them I sent mine in on 10/8 and all I could get out of them was blah blah blah... overwhelming response... blah blah... additional 2-4 weeks... blah blah... call back in a month.

I figured they could at least give me a status similar to what I can get for most of my rebate submittals to ensure they at least received it and its being processed... But nothing.

Different issue. Mine had already been sent. I was just asking them to send it again to a different e-mail address.

Yes, but it implies that they had access to your info on file and could apply that new email address. When I called they wouldn't take my name or any info and said they couldn't look anything up for me to check my status. Maybe I'll try to call and see if I can get it sent to another email to expedite the process rather than blindly waiting another month to potentially get the same runaround. For all I know it did go to the wrong email... I'd be happy to know that they at least received my submission and its being processed.
