Hardcover book clearances? Looking for...

I always buy my hardcover novels on clearance about a year after they are released.
Usually I find these clearance titles at B&Ms like Barnes & Noble or Borders, etc. and also online at places like bamm.com.

Lately though, I haven't seen much in the clearance sections for a few authors I like to buy.

Has anyone seen these hardcover books on clearance? Thanks!

Stephen King - Cell, Lisey's Story
Dean Koontz - The Husband
James Patterson - Cross

strandbooks.com has:

Lisey's Story by Stephen King - FORMAT Hardcover - NEW
Strand Price $4.95

Also the Koontz and Patterson for about 1/2 list.

Hope this helps.

Check Amazon too, in the marketplace listings. You'd be surprised at the prices on fairly recent books.

I used to buy a lot from Edward R Hamilton and was always pleased with the service.

I saw Cell by Stephen King on clearance at my local Barnes & Noble yesterday. I think it was marked $6.97. They have it online for $6.98 or a member's price of $6.28.
