Just a reminder that a Double Points Day may be occurring within 6-7 weeks as it has for the past 2 years. Consider saving your MCR codes until then. I recall during last year's promotion they did NOT double the 20 point codes found on 24-pack cartons of Coca-Cola products. The highest value doubled was 10 points. Those are usually found on 12-packs and would be the most profitable to redeem during a Double Day.

Normally this occurs between Christmas and mid-January. I recall earlier this year it was the first week of January. Just wanted to give a heads up considering the holidays approaching to save those 12-pack codes. 10 codes being the maximum allowed to enter each day.

*20 codes could be entered since the Double Points usually begin on a 12 a.m. ET schedule and the MCR website beginning their "day" at NOON ET.

i have 600 or so points and a huge jar full of caps that need to e entered but just havent cared enough to add them.

I haven't seen anything worth redeeming in quite some time. I have 4000+ points accumulated...

Although, I did see admission tickets to Universal Studios for 1000 points each. That's not too bad considering that the admission ticket is about $60/each. Dollar per point average comes out pretty good.

What are you doing (or how long have you been collecting) to get 4000+ points???

Is it possible to transfer Coke points from one person's account to another? My g/f's mother just offered to give me all her coke points and she has quite a few.

Double Points Day on select 12 packs Wednesday December 17

From the fine print in the e-mail I received: Double points for Coca-Cola Classic®, Vanilla Coke®, Cherry Coke® and Caffeine Free Coca-Cola Classic® 12-packs will be active on Wednesday, December 17 from 12:01 am ET to 11:59 pm ET.

Not that hard. A guy at work enters the 10 each day. He sent out an email a long time ago (nicely) asking if anyone drinks coke he would take their cap.

He has a huge pile that are waiting to be entered. He doesn't even drink soda, so it's all given to him. I know he got a decent putter and some other random things. He was talking about getting a 19" LCD this year for his office, but also mentioned the lack of good options now.

down - planning to use them for the next double points day - uggh! I gave my
uncle a ring after getting the email and he gave me five Coca-Cola Classic codes
so at least I'm not shutout of taking advantage of the double points day.

It looks like they will only double 12-pack codes which are normally 10 points. Even with the annual double points across the board promotion they weren't doubling the 20 point codes found on 24-packs. Might as well save your bottle caps for the time being.

Just entered a code on MyCoke Rewards and saw this:

Effective 2/16/09, you will no longer be able to enter 15 digit codes.

So, if you're holding onto old codes, waiting for a double points day- start typing!

I saw that as well, and was slightly confused as to how it was an improvement. I only add once a week, so I wasn't sure if there was already a weekly limit in place.
