If you aren't used to A LOT of fiber. The first few days of eating it everyday will be hell. At least for me. Stomach cramps, massive gas and a case of "mud butt". But it's all good now. I eat it a bowl for breakfast and lunch on weekdays. They just came out with Honey and Almond Flax which is awsome.

At least you are healthier now but I feel for the people around you during this time!
