anyone get CC's sandisk 2gb card w/rebate?

i was in Circiut City last night and saw their offer for a sandisk 2gb memory card. as advertised, with the mail-in rebates the $44.99 card would cost $14.99 so I picked one up. now i'm looking at the rebate forms (there are 2) and BOTH require the original UPC barcode. ummmm, how do i fulfill this when there's only ONE barcode on the packaging?

curious if anyone else has done this or knows how to go about submitting both rebates. thanks in advance!!!

typically when this happens... you send the original upc code to the manufacture for their rebate... and send a photo copy of the upc to circuit city (or office max or who ever) for their rebate... I always enclose a note detailing that the other rebate offer required the original upc code and have never had a problem...

Right now I am a little skeptical of manufacturer's rebates from Sandisk. I bought a Sandisk memory card at Best Buy and it came with a mail-in rebate (the rebate form was automatically printed and given to you with the receipt). They denied me the rebate because it was "purchased outside the qualifying period." How can that be if the rebate form was printed for me, and it came from a large chain like Best Buy? I am still fighting with them, but it's a pain.

Here is a sale this week from Staples, Sandisk Ultra II 2 GB, $40 at Staples, no mail-in rebate:
