Circuit City $40 off $200 printable coupon

This sounds like a good deal to me! If only I'd known about this before I purchased my HTIB a couple days ago... I may return it and rebuy it! Imagine the possibilities of using this coupon and my new Sony credit card and I can get $200 in stuff for $10! I'm feeling faint...

You might want to check to see if CC will even accept this coupon before heading to the checkout counter.

Yeah, YMMV (whatever that stands for) you may need the orignal coupon from the paper, the printable one may not work, but it says that in the link as well. I'd think they'd run this one again this weekend since is doesn't expire till next Sunday.

I read in another forum that this coupon is part of the address change or po box pamphlet at the post office, I plan on hitting mine tomorrow morning to see if I can find it.

I was able to use the printed coupon today in conjunction with a price-match from the CircuitCity.com website. I got a Sony HT DDW700 Home Theater and The Clash Singles box set for $202 total. Would've been over $260 without the coupon and price match.

I checked Circuit City's web site and noticed they have the price on the Canon S3IS at $379.99. So I printed out the $40 coupon to see if they would take it. They did and I got the camera for $339.99 plus tax. The best deal I could find online was around $379 for this camera. Nice deal thanks for posting the $40 coupon, it worked great for me.

I've used the printed coupon twice with no problems. The coupon scans right into their system.

I used the coupon to purchase my HD DVD addon for the Xbox360 with no problems whatsoever.

The coupon comes printed when you change your address with the USPS as part of their new home package. you also get home depot coupons, etc. I think the coupons can come via email as well if you choose that option.

I think you misread it or the forum was not clear on this point. But you DON'T get the coupon in the address change form packet from the post office. You need to get the address change form, fill out your new forwarding address, and send it in. After a few weeks, USPS will send you a confirmation to your new address, and the CC coupon is included in that confirmation packet. This is not gonna work unless you're really moving...

Thanks for the correction. I managed to use the printed version (badly printed, I might add) and it seems to be working for most people, so don't allow this to deter you all from at least trying.

The printed copy that zombeaner speaks of works for me. I used it to purchase the HD-DVD 360 add-on!

Are their any similar coupons like this ?

I was looking to buy the add on HD-DVD drive soon for the 360. Any store that carries it would be cool.

thanks

I took it to Circuit City last week to buy the HD add on for the 360. They didn't have any but while I was in line I asked the cashier if it would work and she said yes, I just didn't have enough (only bought some cables) to get it.

Sweet deal!! Picked up a new vacuum (my god, I didn't realize how much my old vacuum sucked...or didn't suck up!), Office Space, Rush Replay 3x, Superman II (Donner Edition) and Red Steel (Wii). Cost to me after gift card and coupon: $122 !!!! Yes!!

I almost picked up this vacuum Sunday, I'm glad I waited.
