Amazon Friday sale?

What happened to the guy who used to post a link to the amazon friday sale? I know most of the stuff they had usually stunk, but I like looking anyway.

I've gone to the amazon site myself, but I can never find where the friday sale stuff is...

I think he was suspended a couple weeks ago when a mod closed his threads since there were too many on the main page and he posted new threads on those.

Thanks! How do you find that link anyway? Is it linked on amazon's front page somewhere?

I don't know about that one, but I bought a 250 GB hard drive for $30 less after rebate a few months ago.

That one's $30 less after rebate...this is the first time I've bought an extra HD, so I'm learning as I go. I'm sure 160 GB isn't enough, but I'll find out soon enough. Thanks for the responses.

Rebate form on Amazon site says it must be purchased between 12/9/05 - 01/2/06. That form is expired.

Yeah, I saw that as soon as I went to double-check what I had said. Oh, well. I'll keep the HD regardless. I've been needing one, and I've put it off long enough.
