I need a small, not roud deep fryer for a low price. I was looking for something like the $15 dollar one wal mart used to have. I've lookhard online, and cant find the right one at the right price

If you want cheap then just buy a cooking thermometer and use a heavy saucepan. You just put the thermometer in the pan with the oil and heat the oil untill the deepfry state. Which I think is 350. The you just keep the temp regulated which is pretty easy to do while cooking. Just don't throw tooo much in at one time. Works great.
