Any moving deals?
I am moving from Boulder, CO to the Atlanta area...I am looking for a moving truck, boxes, the whole shebang. Also, if anyone knows a nice, fairly inexpensive 1BR in the Atlanta area, that would also be helpful.

Probably not what you're looking for but .. USPS usually has those booklets with lots of coupons for movers. Also lowes and Homeo Depot usually will send a 10% coupon to the new addy. HTH

Avoid UHaul at all costs. Their trucks are crappy and break down when you least expect it. I would probably go with Penske or Budget trucks. You may pay more, but you won't have the headache that UHaul will give you.
Also, moving in the middle of the week and month will give you a much better rate than moving at the end of the week and month. Winter moving rates are a little lower than summer moving rates, but totally depends on your local market as well.
If you are going to lug a car, I would probably recommend that you have a friend drive .

Im planning a 1200 mile or so move in the future and have researched and find Penske the best for what I am looking for. They are usually the cheapest amongst u-haul and ryder and have the best rated trucks overall. U-haul is cheap but junk vehicles based on the reviews I read. You have to get a certain size truck in order to get the trailer for your car. I think it's the 2nd smallest box truck on up that can handle it.
