what to do with 1000 ebay points?

I have 1000 ebay anything points. I need to use it before 8/31. What can I purchase with it? Or can I cash it out instead? Ebay is confusing on this. Thanks.

Don't these just work like regular dollars. When you go to check out just use these instead of your credit card on paypal. Just buy whatever you want.

I made a successful bid on priceline.com through ebay. Thanks. I thought I only had a few days left.

You can buy anything on ebay with these or certain items? How much is 1000 points worth? Sorry. Ebay's instructions are confusing.

Pretty sure each point is worth one cent. I know I was getting them for priceline bids through the ebay link as well. If I remember correctly, when you go to pay through paypal, there will be a button to press to say you want to use your points instead of paying with your credit card. If the price is more than the points you have, your credit card will be charged the remainder.

Sorry. You're right. I didn't know whether this should be in hot deals or other. Mods can move it if they wish.

This should be worth $10 then. Great. Thanks for clearing up how they can be used.

Don't shoot the messenger, and I know this section of the forum is called "Hot Deals", but where else could one of our members post a legitimate question and get an educated answer. Can't we all just get along?

It's worth $10.00, and you can use them for anything on ebay from a seller that accepts Paypal. If you don't already have a Paypal account, you will have to open one. They should have given you a code with the points. If you win or buy something on ebay, use Paypal to pay, and there will be a field for redemption codes. Put the code they give you in that field, and your Anything Points will be applied towards your purchase price.
