hey folks, I just recieved an e-mail from Mercury Magazines, with another hoop to jump thru to get a free subscriptions..
No one has talked about an e-mail like this before .. is this ligit or is this a fishing scam...
I don't like clicking on e-mail links.. if I can't get to it thru a simple .com I don't usualy use 'em...

I remember someone saying here a long time ago that it not only looks at your occupation, but also your location. The advertisers may be requesting specific zip codes where they want to spend their advertising dollars. In the past, certain free subs to USA Today actually listed the zip codes that could receive the free newspaper subscription.
