Carfax won't disclose owner names with their reports if someone out of state requests the report, would they?
I need to find out the name of the person who bought a car from me a couple of years ago because the DMV has been assessing me penalties for the past two years for not registering this car in spite of the fact that I sent them the damned release of liability form a day after the sale took place.
Can anyone help?
I just need the guy's name (assuming he's even registered this vehicle).
