The Shining 4k/BluRay remaster question
 

Hey all,
Saw that The Shining was remastered around the time Doctor Sleep was coming out. This is a Bluray I've held off on purchasing because of an issue present in the DVD...sooo, a question for any who might have this:

Did the new remaster of the Bluray remove the damn pink ball/toys that were present in the DVD and first Bluray release?
Can't believe there wasn't enough moaning about the wrong colour correction on these releases to merit a replacement but I'd hope that a remaster fixes this

Awesome. I imagine that translated over to the remastered new bluray?

I mean, bluballs are enough. :P

If you have a timestamp, I could probably check the BD that came with the 4K. I've only watched my 4K copy.

The new BD is the same as the 4k. No pink balls.

Although the question has been answered, just FYI, the scene is around the 43:10 mark.

Crap, I just noticed the runtime on my BD from the UK boxset is only 120 minutes, so that time will likely be different for the 144 minute version.

Just checked my 144 minute version, and it's around 57:30.
