Unless you’re an Elite member, they’ve never had free shipping for everything outside of the holiday period. The free shipping threshold has always been $25-35.

It seems the Free Shipping over $35 is gone now. I believe that is what the poster was referring to.

it looks like there is no hard and fast limit anymore. Their shipping help page says “We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.”

I was able to construct orders of less than $10 for cables that had free shipping. I also did a Star Wars steelbook for 24.95 that had free shipping. OTOH, making an order with a Disney steelbook for $34.95 had a shipping charge.

in all cases however, it seems if I went over $35 for the whole order (regardless of how many items in that order were for pickup and how many for shipping) shipping was free.

I got a shipping notice for the Best Buy SteelBook, but given that my city was on fire last night (along with many others across the country), I expect delays in mail service.

It's a sad but fortunate irony that the COVID pandemic has me working from home these days, because my office is very close to the epicenter of the last night's chaos. I haven't heard anything specific, but wouldn't be surprised if the building took some damage.

My Steelbook copy arrived today. Shipped between two pieces of cardboard, it got crushed of course. Not terrible, but definitely warped. Really a bummer.

I'm kinda bummed there are no new features. I thought, Jaws: The Restoration would be but I guess this was the featurette about the Blu-ray restoration. Despite that, I am looking forward to showing my kids Jaws for the first time and even re-watching The Shark is Still Working (possibly with them if they like the flick).

Curbside pick-up will save you $4 shipping- if you have a BB in your area that has them in stock.
The bonus is they will be less likely to be as damaged.

Incredible presentation. I'm really glad they got this one right. And for those thinking it's a digibook, it's just a separate booklet next to the 4k case. And the digibook is identical to the blu digibook. Not an issue for since the price is right.

Was able to secure a new Steelbook copy from my local store for curbside pick up . Will do a swap with the dented one. Can't believe they still ship Steelbooks in cardboard mailers.

For extras, what does it mean UHD/BD? Are the extras in HD on the Blu-ray that comes with this set?

The 4k disc has about 6 featurettes. If they were in HD on the previous blu-ray, they are probably still in HD.

I think it probably means the features are on the 4K disc AND on the Blu-ray. I've gotten used to having to swap out the 4k disc to the BD to watch the features these days. I was surprised to see them when I popped my 4k disc in.

Got my Steelbook in From Best Buy yesterday. I am not a massive steelbook obsessive but it is easily one of the best looking ones I have every seen or owned in my opinion.
