Some of the restoration notes give me hope, because it seems like they went above and beyond what they normally do.
For the 20th anniversary of Christophe Gans’ Le Pacte des loups, rediscover the unabridged version of this movie in restored 4K Dolby Atmos. For this colossal enterprise, a 4K post-production supervised by the original film team was put in place. The unedited original negatives were sorted and scanned in order to reconstitute the movie in all its original glory. The special effects were reworked in 4K to finalize this new post-production. The original sound mix, of great quality, was reworked in Dolby Atmos.

Holy cow, I kept passing on the Amazon made to demand blu of Real Genius (partly due to price), and I think for a while even the pressed blu has been unavailable, and all I could do was wait and see if it would go back into print but now I have the UHD to look forward too. So cool!
I will pre-order this to lock things in, I first saw this film at a special screening at I believe the Screen Actor's Guild theater in Hollywood (but I could be wrong, and no such theater exists, but this was a screening that someone in my family had a special invite too, or it could have been one of those Premiere opening week viewing events you could win by winning a radio contest or something like that, which means my brother would have won the tickets). It was a great night, even got a promotional T-Shirt (which I sadly no longer have).
Since then, I have seen it at least twice on home video (I forget which formats), and I am not sure if I recently saw it on cable, or on demand via Tubi or a similar type streaming channel. I love this film so much, a classic comedy. A day 1 purchase for me.
ETA: You also get a digital copy, it says so right on the the UHD cover of the film, how did I miss that. Sweet! Now it just has to hit the sites like Amazon so I can pre-order.

I wonder if that Jurassic World set will have enough demand and completely sell out like what happened with Ghostbusters? Sony totally underestimated the demand for their set.

Nope, I’m guessing the opposite. Besides, this JP set is Universal, all they do is repackage with only previously available stuff. The Ghostbusters set had some real gems available only in that box.

The part I find offensive is that they've misspelled '80s with the apostrophe in the wrong place. It's a contraction for 1980s, not a possessive.

The wait is over! KL Studio Classics’ latest announcement is Indecent Proposal: coming September 27th. Which, coincidentally enough, is my wedding anniversary.
