Hitting Target tomorrow AM. Hopefully these things aren't in short supply like some of WB's recent steelbook exclusives. Can't wait to revisit it.
Ultimately, I don't care which title they decide to officially roll with, really, but I do find the topic of ninja-rebranding a film (and WB's decision to do it with this one) interesting.

Showed up around opening time this morning at my local Target, and there were about a dozen exclusives for Edge of Tomorrow after adding up the copies available at the front and the back of the store. It rang up at $27.99, though, so you'll need to have it adjusted (and it wouldn't hurt to have the weekly ad handy).
It's interesting that the full "Live. Die. Repeat. / Edge of Tomorrow" is printed on both discs. At least the steelbook has the normal presentation of the title on the cover and spine.

It is interesting. But the going on about how the title was, or was not changed, would not have been missed.

No, it's just a 2D BR Combo pack.
It violates my price rules for buying new releases especially within 8 weeks of Black Friday (and for buying 3D BR versions whenever possible and not absurdly more expensive), but I went ahead and bought a Target Steelbook because I hated the regular cover so much. Got them to price match the regular Amazon version for $19.99. Good enough for me, I guess.

I showed my girlfriend the movies I picked up today and she said "Hmmm Live Die Repeat looks good." Marketing!

I want the 3D version, but I also really want that steelbook.
I'm tempted to buy both, stick just the 3D & 2D Blus in the steel book, slap the other discs in the regular case and give it to my dad as a gift.

I think this was mentioned earlier, but LEON is the international (longer) version of the movie, and THE PROFESSIONAL is the shorter US theatrical cut.

It was never called The Professional in Europe, it was released as Leon.
Picked up the the steelbook of Live. Die. Rinse. Repeat. at Target. None of the stores in my area got the steelbook except for one. Very odd. Apparently a shipment never arrived.
