This. I import regularly from Amazon.uk and PAL should only affect DVDs if they are included. If a straight up Blu-ray, shouldn't have any issues. Enjoy!

Well, some European Blu-rays may have standard-def PAL bonus features. And in very rare circumstances, an entire feature may be encoded at 1080i 50Hz. However, most releases distributed internationally by the major Hollywood labels (Warner, Disney, Sony, Fox, Paramount, etc.) do not have PAL or 50 Hz content. Region coding is a bigger concern, especially when it comes to Fox discs.

Got my copy (2D Blu-ray version) in from Amazon today. First time seeing it. Worth every penny! Great picture quality, great special effects, great sound, great acting... great EVERYTHING! The documentaries are nice also!

I wonder why WBshop.com is charging $34.99 for the blu-ray/dvd combo for this when most of their blu-rays are pretty cheap and they made this movie?

I think you can still use those WB coupons but it would be stupid to use it on Gravity when it is overpriced to match the Amazon price.
The price might drop to $12.99 or less hopefully in a month since it is a WB title.

It's strange that Wal Mart had a huge display for Gravity this week but carried no copies of the 3D version. Just 2D Blu and DVD. They had plenty of 3D Thor discs, so I was really surprised that they didn't have at least a few copies of this, which would seem to be a bigger draw as a 3D title.

-I am surprised that it is being reported that Gravity 3D has only 14% of the BR market share. Some people do not have 3D TVs, but I thought the Percentage would be much higher.
Gravity has the 2nd best 3D of all time, Avatar still being the best. Could not image ever wanting to watch the movie in 2D, when 3D was is available.
