Dark Knight Blu-Ray Trilogy Disc Menu Not Working?

So I bought the first Dark Knight Trilogy blu-ray set that came out in December. The first thing I noticed is that the movie started immediately which after research is apparently how all Warner blu-rays are like. I don't care about this feature. What I do care about is that I can't access the Disc Menu after the movie starts. When I hit the disc menu button on my blu-ray remote, all I get is the red "no" circle on the tv. The disc menu doesn't show up until the very end of the movie. This only happens with the Batman Begins and Dark Knight movie discs. On the Dark Knight Rises movie disc it allows disc menu access. Is this also normal for a Warner Blu-Ray? I never on my life would have imagined blu-rays being farther behind than DVD's when it comes to basic functions.

Yup, there isn't a main menu for the first 2 movies. Just a pop up menu.

Maybe my post wasn't clear enough. I don't or can't get ANY menu to pop up during the first 2 movies. No MENU CAN BE ACCESSED AT ALL DURING THE FIRST 2 MOVIES. When I hit the "Disc Menu" button anytime during the first two films, all I see on the screen is the circle with the red line through it. I can however get the menu to pop up on the Dark Knight Rises. What is Warner Bros's complaint hotline? I tried like 8 numbers today and got the run around from each of them.

Did you press the pop-up button?

I've only had blu-ray for a couple of months. What is a pop-up button?

Edit: I found the pop-up button. That fixed the problem. Apparently on the Batman Begins and Dark Knight blu-rays, you have to hit exactly the pop-up button on the remote and not the disc menu button to get the menu to appear where as on the Dark Knight Rises, the pop-up button AND the Disc Menu button make the pop-up menu appear. I guess the encoding was a little more broad on the Dark Knight Rises disc, as it should be. Thanks for the heads up about the solution!

The "Pop-Up Menu" button should be the default button you use on a Blu-Ray (or HD-DVD) player. Blu-Rays that do have a main menu will stop the movie and go to that if you hit the "Top Menu" or "Disc Menu" button; regular DVDs may do a number of different things.

But the "Disc Menu" button on the Dark Knight Rises blu-ray only opens the pop-up and doesn't go to the full menu. So apparently the Disc Menu button doesn't work at all on the first two movies and works incorrectly on the last one in the set. Hmm.
