The best all time is Avatar, was filmed and created technology for 3D. In someways, the movie should only be watched in 3d.
After Avatar, my other favs are...
1. Lion King, I use the opening scene as my "3D Demo" to my friends.
-It seems like the movie was filmed with 3D in mind
-Multi layers of birds flying gets WOWS every time
-Zazu flying in perfect for 3D
-Great music to start with
-Everyone knows LK, so they have great reference point to compare the 3D with
2. Titanic
-One of the best 3D conversions ever
-Very natural 3D, but gives you plenty of Wow
-Walking down the ships hallways inside and out is really cool
3. Hugo
-Scenes were planned perfectly for 3D, zooming through windows...
4. THE ADVENTURES OF TIN TIN
-3D was just plain fun
5. PROMETHEUS
-3D made the movie much better, one of the few movies I would say that about
6. Mysterious Island
-In you face 3D at it's best, sometimes you want a movie that throws 3D right at you and this really does it.
7. Dial M for Murder (1954) (Creature From the Black Lagoon (1954) is another classic 3D film I want to pick up)
-I do not have this in 3D, but I love the movie, so I will be picking it up soon
-Love the classic 3D movies
-Love Hitchcock
8. Tangled (should be higher on the list, but I am lazy to change the order right now)
-Another great 3D demo
-Must important it is a great story
9. Finding Nemo
-Great story, so I would have been happy with 2D. But, since I got it a great price on 3D, I had to pick it up.
-Very natural 3D, would have like a little more 3D in face just for fun. Like Lion King better on 3D.
-Added a ton with underwater 3D
10. Tron
-Great 3D affects because "Most" of the movie was filmed in 3D.
So, I really enjoyed the 3D, but the story just did not "completely" thrill me.
11. Transformers: Dark of the Moon (should be higher)
-Transformers and 3D just seem to go together, like Peanut Butter and Jelly.
-3D makes you feel apart of everything going on, and there is a ton of stuff happening on screne
***Very few movies are truly great in 3D. Try you best to buy movies that were only planned/filmed in 3D.
***Natural 3D is great, but sometimes the 3D in your face adds more enjoyment to the movie.
My least favorite 3D movie:
1. Any of the Marvel Movies
-They were all post production 3D so they could charge more per ticket. Did not add much to the movie, it was a waste of 3D IMHO.
2. Green Lantern
-Through I enjoyed the movie than most, not saying it was a great movie, I thought the 3D could have been MUCH better. GL was made for 3D, it could have had SO MANY WOW moments in it, but the 3D was thrown in as just a way to make more $$$.

The Amazing Spiderman
Brave
Prometheus
The Prodigies

Narnia 3
Working on getting I Robot and Avatar.

So I watched Prometheus and it didn't disappoint. Good film, and the 3D was excellent.
The scene with the constellations/solar systems/galaxy's, felt like it had at least 4 different layers to it. truly spectacular.
